Henry’s 17-year tenure at ALM (American Lawyer Media) saw him rise to Senior Vice President, where he was instrumental in architecting the global LegalTech platform. Under his leadership, LegalTech evolved from a trade event to the definitive convening point for law firms, corporate legal departments, and technology innovators. Henry’s reputation as a trusted industry guide was forged through his advisory work with hundreds of legal leaders and solution providers during pivotal moments of structural change.

Following his success at ALM, Henry was repeatedly recruited by private equity and boards for executive roles requiring complex transformation. As Group President of Nexem Legal and Chief Client Engagement Officer at Lowers Risk Group, he modernized legacy businesses, launched technology-enabled and recurring-revenue services, and consistently delivered double-digit growth through disciplined commercial strategy. Most recently, Henry led the margin-positive transformation of Bobit Business Media’s events portfolio, restoring profitability and positioning the business for a successful exit.
