We’ve run into limits with private repositories and branch protection rules, and collaboration sometimes feels messy when multiple people are working on the same project. It didn’t change what the tool could do, but it made the decision easier from a budgeting perspective. For small teams, I’d say the main benefit is peace of mind and smoother collaboration rather than flashy new features.
